Two-Vehicle Accident in Newark Causes Injuries to At Least 1 Person

Newark, Delaware (September 10, 2017) – A two-car crash took place in Newark Sunday morning causing one person to be hospitalized, according to press reports.

The crash took place at about 4:03 a.m. on Otts Chapel Road at I-95.

According to reports, Trooper 4 took a victim to a hospital. It had not yet been established how many people had been injured and the extent of their injuries.

Limited details regarding the cause of the crash were available at the time of the report.

Otts Chapel Road in the area of the accident was blocked and traffic diverted from the crash site. Commuters were asked to find another route of travel and to expect long delays in the area.
