Twelve Children Injured in Delaware City  Day Care Bus Crash Delaware City, Delaware (July 20, 2017) – Two cars collided causing injuries to several people in Delaware City on Thursday afternoon, according to Delaware State Police. The incident occurred at about 3:28 p.m. on Wrangle Hill at River Road this afternoon.
