Person Injured in Crash near Christian Hospital Parking Lost in Stanton

Stanton, Delaware (July 14, 2017) – One person was hospitalized late Thursday night following a possible hit-and-run accident at Stanton, according to Mill Creek Fire Company, Christiana Fire Company, and Delaware State Police Troopers.

The accident took place at around 11:40 p.m. July 13, at the intersection just outside the Christiana Hospital Parking lot.

Crews arrived at the crash site and found a small white Sedan damaged heavily at the front end. One person was taken to the hospital with unknown injuries.

It is not known how the car involved was damaged because there were no other cars in the crash site.

Authorities believe this accident to be a hit-and-run.

An investigation into the incident is ongoing.
