One Hospitalized in Crash on Route 40 in Glasgow
Glasgow, Delaware (July 28, 2017) – Two vehicles were involved in an injury crash Friday morning at an intersection in Glasgow, Delaware State Police reported.
The accident occurred at about 11:00 a.m. at the intersection of Route 40 (Pulaski Highway) and Glasgow Avenue.
State police, along with personnel from the Aetna Hose, Hook and Ladder responded to the scene and found two vehicles with significant damage.
According to a report, one person was taken to a hospital for unspecified injuries.
One lane traffic control was put in place as officers investigated the incident and cleared the scene
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
