Injuries Sustained James Street 2-Car Crash in Stanton
Stanton, Delaware (August 17, 2017) – Three people were injured in a car crash Thursday afternoon at an intersection in Stanton.
According to the New Castle County Police, the two car collision occurred at an unspecified time Thursday, August 17 at the intersection of James Street and Newport Road
Police reports indicate that a red Jeep may have run a stop sign and was struck on the side by a black car.
Paramedics and personnel from the Mill Creek and Cranston Heights Fire Companies found three patients on the scene and were transported by EMS to a Trauma Center at Christiana Hospital.
The victims of the crash were two males aged 17 and 23, and a 26-year-old female who had sustained neck injuries.
The paramedics confirmed that all the patients were in a stable condition.
An investigation into the crash is currently underway.
